The new built house is located next to a farm, at the upper Salzachtal (valley), on the outskirts of Hollersbach, at the sunny side, directly opposite the Panoramabahn, the entry point of the top skiing and hiking region Kitzbühel.

Distances

The town Hollersbach with shops and restaurants 1,5km. Mittersill 6km. Cable car station (Panoramabahn) 600m below the house. In only 12 minutes you reach an altitude of 1.892m - here are 179km slopes, a snow park and more than 60 restaurants and huts! This region also offers wonderful skitours through the landscape als well as 200km cross-country ski runs. The 14km long and illuminated toboggan run of the Wildkogel-Arena is reachable in 6km. Swimming lake Hollersbach with a big playground in 1.5km, region Zell am See-Kaprun in 30km, Krimmler waterfalls in 22km. The region is famous for its Tauern-cycle path, which leads from the western Krimmler waterfalls, along the Salzach (river) until Passau which is 330km from here. Mountain bikers can choose between 100 tours at the Hohen Tauern or the Kitzbühler Alps.

Equippment

The barrier-free, new house has on one floor: kitchen with seating corner, electric cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine. Comfortable living room with sofa, stove, satellite-TV and exit to the sunny terrace. 3 bedrooms, cot on request, shower/toilet, shower, toilet. Floor heating. Washing machine, WiFi available. Carport for 1 car available. On the farm is a wellness-cottage with sauna, for shared use. In front of the house is a terrace, a garden, seats and a barbecue. The farm is perfect for families with children, playground on the courtyard.

Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:

Electricity € 0,40/kwh, local tourism tax currently € 2,50/person/night in winter and € 6,50 in summer (mai-october). Bed linen can be rented for € 15,-/set and towels for € 7,-/set. Final cleaning € 150,-, deposit € 200,-, pet on request € 10,-/night, deposit for the pet € 200,-.
In summer: € 7,-/person/night (including the summer card mobil with a lot of benefits or free entrances).

About 170 kilometres perfect prepared slopes and 32 kilometres marked ski routes at all levels of difficulty. Snowboard-fun parks, natural toboggan runs and hundreds of kilometres for cross-country skiing are the reason why the skiing area Kitzbühel, that by the way, extends over 7 boroughs and 2 federal states, is famous as a real winter sports paradise in the Alps.
With all in all 53 modern cable cars and ski lifts the "Bergbahn AG Kitzbühel" is the biggest cable car company in Austria. Every day it transports a lot of winter sport fans to the snow-covered hillsides, slopes, ski huts and stations where you can enjoy a short break.

Tolle, sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Ein Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Großzügige Aufteilung und eine Ausstattung vom Allerfeinsten. Kamin und Sauna sind da nur Beispiele. Für Familien der ideale Ort zur Erholung.

Wunderschönes, sehr komfortables und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhäuschen. Außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet, sehr schöne Sauna. Wir haben selten so schön gewohnt und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich einzigartig. Äußerst zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Es gibt wirklich nichts, was wir uns schöner hätten vorstellen können!
