This holiday home is on the outskirts of St. Michael in Lungau in the sunny south of the province of Salzburg.
DistancesThe town St. Michael with shops, a bakery, swimming bath and tennis only 800m from here. The “Lungau-area” offers 5 skiing regions with all in all 220km slopes and 50 ski lifts. Wonderful deep snow slopes and perfectly groomed ski-runs at all levels of difficulty. Here both, skiing beginners as well as skiing professionals do have great fun! The Katschberg is 2km from here and Speiereck 2.5km. The ski bus station (the drive is free of charge) is just 100m from here!
EquippmentThis charming house is very comfortable and has been cleverly equipped, it offers enough space for large groups, leaving enough private space. Ground floor: big kitchen with electric cooker, oven, wood stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and a dining table. Snuggery out of Swiss stone pine wood with a large table, cable TV, a sofa and a tiled stove, direct access to the terrace. 1 double room, 1 single room, bathroom with bathroom/toilet. Mezzanine: 1 three-bed room with 1 double bed, shower and staircasse to the mansard with 1 single bed. First floor: 1 double room with balcony, 1 twin room with balcony. Shower, toilet. 2nd snuggery with lounge, sofa, balcony, kitchenette with electric cooker, fridge, cable TV, and staircase to a double room, shower, toilet. 1 double room with a small kitchen and staircase to the attic floor with 2 twin beds with shower/toilet. Wood central heating. In front of the house are a sun terrace, a garden and seats.
Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:Electricity € 0,40/kWh, local tourism tax currently € 2,30/person/night, final cleaning € 160,-. Pet € 35,-/week, bed linen can be rented for € 7,- and towels for € 3,-. Deposit € 400.
At a booking until 10 persons, only a part of the house can be used.

Skiing in St. Michael is a real experience. The 4 skiing regions Aineck, Katschberg, Fanningberg and Grosseck-Speiereck offer more than 220km slopes and 50 ski lifts!
Wonderful deep snow hillsides and best prepared slopes at all levels of difficulty offer fun for novices in skiing as well as for advanced skiers. The 6-seater "Samson-chairlift" on the mountain Fanningberg which is the longest chairlift in the world, the cable car for 8 persons with a 4km long slope to the valley at the skiing region Grosseck-Speiereck and a fun park for snowboarders on the Aineck mountain are the main attractions of this top skiing region.

wir waren zu meinem 50ten Geburtstag in dem Ferienhaus. Ein Traum! Das Haus hat so einen Charme, wie auch die Vermieterin. Leider mussten wir aus familiären Gründen früher abreisen, ABER wir (Menschen sowohl auch Hunde) haben uns alle sowas von wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!
Hier haben wir mit 8 Erwachsenen mit Hund einen unser schönsten Urlaube verbracht. Das Haus ist sauber und einfach eingerichtet. Wir haben sehr nette Vermieter kennengelernt die uns mit Rat und Tat bei Fragen unterstützt haben. Im Ort ist das Schwimmbad mit Minigolfanlage sehr zu empfehle. Dienstagabend ist im Schwimmbad Bingoabend der uns viel Freude bereitet hat. Alles in Allem - Ferienhaus top- Vermieter top - St. Michael top!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Das Ferienhaus (für 16 Personen) liegt außerhalb des Dorfes St. Michael ca. 5 Autominuten vom Zentrum und den Skipisten entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist ansprechend, ordentlich und sauber. Die Betten sind gut. Die Preis-Leistung ist in Balance. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit diesem Ferienhaus.
Ein sehr großes Ferienhaus in guter Lage! Viele verschiedene Zimmer - nicht mehr taufrisch aber sehr nett und praktisch! 5 Bäder, 3 Küchen und 5 Toiletten reichen auch für große Gruppen aus! Sehr freundliche Vermieter um Eck! Verbesserungsvorschläge wären: 1 oder 2 Wäscheständer, eine großzügige Sitzgelegneheit im Freien und dann doch (Jahr 2018!!!) Wlan im Haus:-) Wären hier gerne bereit gewesen mehr Geld auszugeben - das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für das Haus ist aber absolut in Ordnung!
Sehr gut geeignet für eine größere Gruppe, viele Schlafräume in unterschiedlichen Größen. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, mehr Geschirr wäre günstig, da bei komplett Auslastung alles knapp wird. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Waren heuer das 6. Mal bei Frau Brandstätter auf Wanderurlaub. Fühlen uns in ihrem Gästehaus sehr wohl, gute und nette Betreuung.
