Our Hüttendorf Dachsteinblick is located on an area of 30,000m², about 4km above the village of Pruggern in the Ennstal. In winter you are right in the ski area and on the toboggan run and in summer high up in the fresh mountain air, with a wonderful view of the Dachstein and the evening sun.
DistancesThe cabins are centrally located at the family-friendly skiing- and hiking area Galsterberg directly next to the cable car station. Can be reached by car all year. Pruggern is situated in the Ennstal, appr. 14 km from Schladming and just 100 km from the festival city of Salzburg. The skiing area Galsterberg offers 20 km of broad, well groomed slopes, is part of the ski paradise Schladming-Dachstein with 86 cable cars and lifts and 152 km of groomed pistes and belongs to the Sportwelt Amadé (one ski pass for more than 860 km of pistes and 270 cable cars and lifts). Access to the skiing paradise Dachstein-Tauern at Haus im Ennstal in 9 km. Ski school and childcare in about 100m. The 5km long lighted natural sledding run (one of the longest in Austria) ends at the huttown. It is also possible to go cross-country skiing, to make a hike on snow shoes and horse-drawn sledge runs. There is also a new 200m2 big swimming lake with a small playground next to it. A horse stable and tennis in the village. Furthermore there is a swimming lake in 10km, golf course in 15km or rafting in 15km of distance! High-rope course with team-parcours 12km. Biking path of the Alpentour Steiermark close-by! Great hiking paths to farmed huts starting directly in front of the cottages! Charging station for your electric car (22kw, type 2) on site!
EquippmentThe cabins are built out of wood and furnished very cozily. Ground floor: big parlor (about 35 m²) with lounge, chimney and satellite TV. Integrated and fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, oven, fridge with small freezing compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster and beer dispenser (for those beer barrels that are available on site). Access to the sun terrace with seats and barbecue. 2 bedrooms with double bed and extendable sofa (160x200cm) each. Bathroom with 2 showers, sauna. 1 toilet. Upper floor: 4 bedrooms for 2-4 persons, each with double bed and extendable sofa (160x200cm), 3 showers/toilets. All those cottages have central heating. Wi-Fi. Please do not smoke inside the huts.
Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:Electricity according to the consumption € 0,50/kWh, local tourism tax € 2,50 + operating costs currently € 1,-/person/night, final cleaning € 220,-, pet € 70,€/stay. Deposit € 800,-. Bed linen can be rented for € € 8,-/set, towels for € 4,-/set.

The Galsterberg at a glance
5 cable cars and ski lifts, about 50 new parking spaces very close to the valley station of the cable car, 60 snow-covering machines help to improve the snow conditions.
The regions biggest wonderland for children: people skiing through the Gallic wonderland will be surprised - Gauls, Romans and animals move around there. They talk, bark and grunt. Children can experience unforgettable adventures:
- indoor-playing ground at the Romans tower
- huge snow figure
The Glasterberg in Pruggern is a small but nice skiing area with a lot of opportunities. Novices in skiing are happy about the easy and flat slopes, while passionate skiers can enjoy the fore-col-piste on an altitude of 1,200m, which counts to one of the most beautiful slopes in the whole region. The skiing region Galsterbergalm offers 20km bride and well prepared slopes and is part of the skiing region Dachstein-Tauern with 86 cable cars and ski lifts and 152km prepared slopes. It is also a member of ski amadé (just one ski pass for more than 760km slopes and 270 cable cars and ski lifts).

Schöne Lage! Friedliche Umgebung!!! Wunderschöner Sternenhimmel, weil es überhaupt keine Lichtverschmutzung gibt !! Das Haus war ordentlich, gut angelegt, sauber und mit allen notwendigen Materialien ausgestattet. Weil das Wetter schön war, haben wir viel draußen gelebt! Grill und Feuerstelle waren bei der ganzen Familie sehr beliebt. (15 Personen)!
Perfekt ausgestattetes Haus mit allem was man(n) brauch. Besondere Highlights: Sauna mit direktem Zugang zum Schnee und die Zapfanlage. Räume sind großzügig geschnitten und waren für unsere Reisegruppe (12 Erwachsene und 9 Kids) völlig ausreichend. Abfahrt ist bis zum Haus möglich.
Mooi huis. Gezellige inrichting. Vlak bij de lift maar wel ver uit het dorp.
Just a perfect accommodation for several families with kids. The resort is small but very suitable for families with kids - it is hard to get lost :-) It is very quiet. But it has everything you need with kids. And also the slopes are enough for sport skiers as well.
Wir haben uns ausgesprochen gut gefühlt in dem Haus. Geräte, Küche, Einrichtung in TOP Zustand! Die eigene Sauna war die Krönung am Ende eines jeden Abends. Das Haus ist wirklich gemütlich und liegt buchstäblich an der Piste! Sehr, sehr, sehr empfehlenswert! Wir fahren sicherlich nächstes Jahr wieder dahin.

es war ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub mit vielen tollen Erlebnissen - in der Hütte war mehr als ausreichend Platz - ideal für eine so große Gruppe!
Wir waren eine Gruppe von 20 Personen und BEGEISTERT von der Unterkunft. Alles tip top, großzügige Ausstattung und wirklich ausreichend Platz, 4 WCs und Duschen - alles sehr sauber. Der Schwimmteich ist fantastisch! Sehr freundliche Unterstützung durch die Vermieterin bezüglich Wandertipps oder Bio-Fleischhauer... Die Umgebung bietet reizvolle Wandermöglichkeiten. Fazit: Edler Hüttenurlaub mit allem Komfort!
Sehr empfehlenswertes Hüttendorf: unsere Hütte war mit 23 Personen fast voll besetzt, haben täglich gemeinsam gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war unaufdringlich und kompetent. Die Schneemassen wurden täglich geräumt.
