A ház egy nagy rét közepén található, helyen egyedülálló, a Rieding völgy lábánál. Tökéletes kiindulópont számos téli és nyári tevékenységhez.
DistancesA következö helység Zederhaus 6km-re vagy St. Michael-ben az üzletek, éttermek 16km-re. Síterep Großeck-Speiereck 20km. Katschberg 23km. A Ski amadé régió (a Flachauwinkel-Zauchensee-Kleinarl közös síterületek bejárata) 20 percen belül könnyen megközelíthető a Tauern-alagúton keresztül (23 km). Ideális kiindulópont a háztól a sítúrákhoz. A Rieding völgye egy természetvédelmi terület, egészséges magaslati levegövel, nyáron megmunkált legelökkel és csendes hegyi tavakkal. Amennyiben a Rieding völgyét meg szeretnék nézni, a ház fölött található a kiépített hegyi út amiért nyáron fizetni kell. Saját autóval fel lehet jutni a parkolóig a természetvédelmi területre, a parkolótól pedig buszok viszik az érdeklödöket egy körútra. (Saját autóval a völgy nem bejárható.) Több nagyobb és kisebb tó található ezen a bájos helyen. Müködö gazdaságok várják a vendégeket saját termékeikkel. Túrázási lehetöség a legközelebbi hegycsúcsokra, mely tökéletes kilátást nyújt a Großglocknerre!
EquippmentA házban a földszinten található: szoba ülösarokkal, műholdas TV és konyha kandallókályha, sütö, elektromos tüzhellyel, hütöszekrény, kávéfözö. 1 kétágyas szoba. Fürdöszoba zuhanyzóval, WC. Emeleten: 2 duplaágyas szoba, 1 kétágyas szoba. 1 WC. Fütés fatüzhellyel és elektromos is. Közvetlenül a házban lesz egy "biológiai svájci fenyő szauna". Választhat a finn szauna, az enyhe meleg levegőfürdő és a változó temparatúrákkal, páratartalommal és színes fényekkel felszerelt gőzfürdő között. Mindenféle fürdésnek előnye az Ön egészségének. Ezután pihenhet a csendes szobában vagy a szabadtéri forró edényben közvetlenül a ház előtt. Az alpesi ház kertiülögarnitúra és grill. Ágynemű+törölköző nem biztosított(saját készletről kell gondoskodni).

Skiing in St. Michael is a real experience. The 4 skiing regions Aineck, Katschberg, Fanningberg and Grosseck-Speiereck offer more than 220km slopes and 50 ski lifts!
Wonderful deep snow hillsides and best prepared slopes at all levels of difficulty offer fun for novices in skiing as well as for advanced skiers. The 6-seater "Samson-chairlift" on the mountain Fanningberg which is the longest chairlift in the world, the cable car for 8 persons with a 4km long slope to the valley at the skiing region Grosseck-Speiereck and a fun park for snowboarders on the Aineck mountain are the main attractions of this top skiing region.

There is a carefully signposted network for e-bike excursions and family tours. 17 mountain bike routes and the Lungau EXTREM tour as an absolute highlight await sporty cyclists. In addition to hiking and cycling, there are a variety of other outdoor activities such as golf, horse riding or even flying in Salzburgs Lungau. There are no limits to the activities.

Diese Hütte ist wirklich der Wahnsinn. Sauna, Hottube und eine top eingerichtete Küche. Viel Platz und komplett eingezäunt. Alles sehr sauber und super Lage. Gastgeberin sehr nett und immer ansprechbar Würden gerne sofort wieder kommen
Die Hütte ist auch im Winter gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und liegt trotzdem ruhig. Sie ist super ausgestattet, mit allem, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Es gibt genug Platz, um dort auch mit 8 Personen zu sein. Die Sauna und der Hot-Tup waren einfach ein Traum. In der Umgebung kann man gut im Winter Schlittenfahrten, Skitouren gehen, Schneeschuhwandern oder einfach spazieren gehen. Auch unser Hund war willkommen und hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.
