The exklusive chalet is located together with 4 other cottages in Tyrol, at the Sellrain Valley, at the Stubaier Apls, between Sellrain and Kühtai. Located in a sunny and calm area, above the street and the river.
DistancesTown center Gries im Sellrain 1km. Here are restaurants and shops. City Innsbruck 17km. Ski bus stop to Kühtai (12km from here) directly below the cottage. The skiing area with highest altitude in Austria offers 44km slopes for skiers and snowboards as well as fun and action from December until the beginning of May. Skiing by night, skiing school, farmed huts! Toboggan run nearby! The cottage is also well located for ski tourers - there are 50 skitours at the Sellrain Valley, at quite a lot of them snow is assured until May as they are on an altitude of more than 3.000m! Natural waterfall for ice climbing nearby! There are endless mountain bike trails, fixed rope routes, rafting possibilities and canyoning. Natural waterfall nearby! Perfect starting point for hikes through the Stubaier Alps, to mountain lakes and to farmed huts. Swimming lake in 35km. Indoor/outdoor swimming pool in 11km.
EquippmentGround floor: very big living room (44m2) with dining area and exit to the terrace with furniture and barbecue, comfortable couch corner, satellite TV and an open, perfectly equipped kitchen with electric cooker, oven, fridge, upright freezer, dishwasher, toaster, egg cooker and coffee machine. 1 double room, shower/toilet. Upper floor: 4 double rooms, 2 shower/toilet. In front of the cottage is your private and secluded wellness area with pine sauna, shower and whirlpool. At the cottage is a floor heating, WIFI and satellite TV are available. Your car is safe from snow, ice and heat at the underground parking garage, which is at the basement. We kindly ask you to do not smoke inside the cottage.

Where others stop, we just start! The skiing area Kühtai is just 30km from Innsbruck, here you can ski on an altitude of more than 2,000m. Winter sport fans come here from December until the beginning of May and get their money´s worth. 10 ski lifts, more than 41km slopes at all levels of difficulty, fun parks for snowboarders and cost-free car parks for daily skiers are offered.

Herzliche Begrüßung bei der Ankunft. Absolut sauberes Haus mit hervorragender Ausstattung. Toll ist auch die Anbindung an die Tiefgarage. 3 tolle Badezimmer und der große Wohnraum mit riesiger Küche hat uns überzeugt. Für gemeinsamen Familienurlaub absolut geeignet. Die Kinder waren vom angrenzenden Bach und dem Whirlpool begeistert. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind beinahe unbegrenzt. Vom Gleitschirmflug in Neustift bis zur Bergwanderung auf den Geißkogel hatten wir alles dabei. Nach Rücksprache mit der Familie haben wir beschlossen, dort auf jeden Fall einen Urlaub im nächsten Jahr zu buchen.
