Location

Located 4km above the town Reichenfels at the valley "Lavanttal", on the edge of a big meadow, sunny and very calm.

Distances

Next town is Reichenfels with shops in 4km, open air bath in 4km. Skiing region Klippitzörl in 25km, "Red Bull Ring" Zeltweg in 25km. Hiking trail at the "Zirbitzkogel" or to the "Klippitzörl" do start directly in front of the house! A farmed hut "Grünhütte" is reachable in 12km. Catering on request.

Equippment

Basement floor: big anterroom with tiled stove, 2 double rooms, bathroom with bath tub, 1 shower, 1 toilet, infrared cabin. A washing machine is available. A spiral staircase leads to the ground floor. Ground floor: kitchen with fridge, electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, lounge, big living room with tiled stove, sofa, dining table and balcony. Winter garden with a suite, satellite TV, tiled stove and an exit to the garden with seats and barbecue. Toilet. Upper floor: 1 four-bed room with double bed and extendable sofa, if required, bath tub /toilet, four-bed room with double bed and bunk bed, shower/toilet and a balcony to share with the other four-bed room. 1 twin room with shower/toilet. Heating with tiled stove or electrically.

Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:

Electricity € 0,50/kWh, local tourism tax currently € 1,35/Nacht/Person, lump sum for wood € 15,-/night, pet € 30,-, final cleaning € 170,-. Bed linen can be rented for bei € 7,-/set and towels for € 3,-/set.

The traffic-wise perfectly located skiing area Klippitzörl (just 10 minutes from the motorway exit Bad St. Leonhard) is a real highlight at the Lavanttal. The skiing area reaches an altitude of 1,818m. There are 28km prepared slopes at all levels of difficulty. New, environmentally friendly snow-covering machines make this skiing region to an area where snow is assured. Ski school, ski rental, child care, floodlight lifts, illuminated natural toboggan run, ice-skating area and cross-country ski runs are available. In summer you can hike into the sleepy Lavanttal and onto the Saualpe or you can discover the Klippitzörl.
The farmed huts located at this wonderful alpine landscape will look after your physical well-being.

Full of tours between valley and summit - in Carinthia´s easternmost holiday region a backpack full of adventure awaits, with which holiday fun is guaranteed for the whole family.
More than 1000 kilometers of marked, family-friendly hiking trails up to 2100 meters above sea level ensure unforgettable hiking experiences for young and old.
Cyclists have the choice between pleasure cycling on the Lavant and Drauradweg and 450 kilometers of marked mountain bike tours with unforgettable views.
Stone block castles, so-called "ovens", are wonderful to use for playing. Carinthia lies at your feet along the paths to the Kor and Saualpe. In addition, themed hiking trails tell a lot of exciting stories.

Die Lage kommt auf den Fotos leider nicht so gut zur Geltung. Man ist dort wirklich total ungestört. Es gibt zwar ein paar Häuser davor aber dadurch dias Ferinhaus "höher" liegt, merkt man die kaum. Nebenan hat man eine super Fernsicht.

Die Sommerrodelbahn am Klippitztörl und der Streichelzoo "Schildberger" hat unseren Kids am besten gefallen :-)

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
