Location

The house is located in very quiet area near St. Veit. There is also a farm located in the immediate vicinity with numerous animals like cows, calves, rabbits and cats.

Distances

Town: 6km, ski lift at St. Johann-Alpine village (ski amadé): 16 km, hiking tour area on site. Toboggan run, horse sledge ride, horse riding is also possible. Indoor swimming pool, swimming-pool, cinema: 16km in St Johann. The Böndelsee or Goldegger lake: 6 km. Marvellous mountain biking areas: on site. Fresh milk, fruit and schnaps can be bought.

Equippment

The house has on the ground floor: snuggery with lounge, satellite TV and kitchen with wood stove, electric cooker, oven, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, bread slicer. 1 double room, bathroom with bath tub, toilet, floor heating. Washing machine available. Upper floor: 2 double rooms, 1 four-bed room, wood-fired central heating. In front of the house is a garden with a swing, a barbecue and a garden furniture.

Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:

Flat rate operating costs: € 150,-/week, local tourism tax currently € 1,70/person/night, bed linen can be rented for € 7,-/set. Additional person € 10,-/night.

The biggest skiing area in Austria: the ski alliance ski amadé! 1 ski pass for 5 regions (Salzburger Sportwelt, Schladming - Dachstein Tauern, Gastein, Hochkönigs Winterreich, Großarltal), 25 famous ski resorts, 760km slopes and 270 ski lifts. Altough it is an area where snow is more or less assured, there are also snow covering machines. Also ideal for cross-country skiers.
By the way: cost-free ski bus service, ski- and snowboard schools, child care, toboggan run, ice-skating place, horse-drawn sleigh ride, hiking trails and excellent gastronomy.
Summer activities: Tauern-golf course in Radstadt, swimming baths, tennis courts, mountain bike routes or several marked hiking trails.
