Perching high above the Enns River halfway between Schladming (Dachstein-Tauern) and Radstadt (Salzburg Sportwelt Amadé) with best views of the Dachstein Mountain. The house is surrounded by meadows, very idyllic, peaceful and sunny adjacent to the farm with a cowshed and farmhouse with individual small snack bar and distillery of schnapps and mountain pines.

Skiing area Reiteralm with new cubicle cable car and ski school 4 km, sledding run in 9km, ice skating rink 1,5 km, swimming pool 1,5 km, lake for bathing 4 km, bike rental and horse-back riding 10 km, walking and hiking paths just behind the house, special bread roll service. Inn 1,5 km.

The farmhouse is approximately 300 yearsold. Ground floor: parlor with seats for up to 20 persons, kitchen with an electric cooker, wood stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave. Play room for the kids. Living room with sofa. 2 toilets. Upper floor: 4 bedrooms with shower/toilet. Secluded private part of the old farm owner. Attic floor: 4 bedrooms, one of them with shower/toilet, the other four rooms have to use the shower/toilet at the gangway. Central heating, satellite TV, radio. Terrace with sunbeds, a barbecue, wide meadows, a fish pond, a well and a playground. Together with your little ones visit the barn where the cows donkeys, sheeps and piglets are housed. Mountain pine distillery on the farm, where the owner produces and processes mountain pine oil. You can watch the distillery where the finest schnapps is produced and filled in bottles.

Local tourism tax currently € 1,20/person/night, lump-sum for energy € 80,-/week, pet € 25,-/week, final cleaning € 150,-, bed linen can be rented for € 15,-. Deposit € 300,-.

When up to 11 persons are booked only the bedrooms on the first floor are available (2 doubles, 1 room with 3 beds, 1 room with 4 beds).
