The farmhouse is situated extremely quiet, sunny, alone and surrounded by meadows.

Next town is Metnitz in 3,5km. Pond, tennis court in town. "Adventure-guesthouse" with a Porsche-museum in 10km. Hiking and mountain biking paradise Flattnitz in 15km. "Castle-city" Friesach in 15km. There are many hiking trails starting at the hut, enjoy the fog-free, healthy mountain air! Metnitz offers many events for people who are interested in culture! This cottage is furnished in a very cozy and lovely style. You live on just one floor (suitable for wheelchairs). There is a snuggery, out of Swiss stone pine wood, with lounge, a single bed, a sofa (extendable, if needed) and television. Behind this parlor is a double room, shower. Kitchen with lounge, wood stove, electric cooker (2 plates), fridge, coffee machine, small oven, microwave. Anteroom, toilet. In front of the hut are seats and a barbecue, a herb garden, a small sandbox, swings, wide meadows - perfect for children!
