Only 45km south of Salzburg, 10 minutes from the Eisriesenwelt and Hohenwerfen Castle, on a sunny high plateau in the middle of the picturesque village of Werfenweng lies the Family Resort. In December 2023, 4 luxury chalets will open near the hotel, which can be used with all of the resorts services (except food and drinks).

Rosnerköpfl gondola lift directly opposite with forest ropes course, mountain cart track, FunLiner, ski run, mountain bike trails and restaurants. Werfenweng ski area with 29 kilometers of slopes in 1.5km, Ski Amade Hochkönig or Flachau 24km each. Cross-country skiing in the valley, toboggan run directly opposite. Countless summer and winter hiking trails from the hut. The chalets are the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the Salzburger Land and in the Ski-Amade or Schladming-Dachstein regions. The Tennengebirge offers numerous challenges for climbers, but cyclists and mountain bikers dont miss out either. A leisurely bike trip or something more challenging, everyone will find their perfect tour in Werfenweng! Numerous places to stop for refreshments invite you to take a relaxing break.

Chalet No. 1 is ideal for 3 families who are travelling together but still want plenty of space of their own. Tip: Your teenagers will love the 2 rooms and the small living room on the ground floor!
Ground floor (cosy): Entrance to living area with couch, kitchen and seating area. 2 double rooms with shower, toilet. In front of the ground floor there is a terrace directly facing the little stream. Entry into the
OG1 (grande): Large living and dining room, open fireplace, Smart TV, sound system, dining table with embedded Teppanyaki grill plates, custom kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, micro, wine fridge, coffee machine and other essentials). Terrace with BBQ area (gas). Wellness area with sauna, shower, terrace with outdoor whirlpool. OG 2: 1 double room with shower, toilet, bathtub, terrace, satellite TV, 1 double room with shower, toilet, balcony. 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, shower, toilet, small home office. Also: underfloor heating, wooden floors, washing machine, dryer, ski storage, ski boot dryer, WiFi available. A few steps away is the year-round heated infinity pool directly on the large pond!
For an additional charge: breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner buffet in the chalet or in the restaurant.
extra grande: the chalet with 3 floors (ground floor + upper floor 1 + upper floor 2) can be booked completely for up to 12 people.
