Location

Located in a very calm area, amidst the nature and the skiing Region, about 10km above Lienz. In summer the cottage can be reached by car but in winter you have to park your car at the parking area about 600m from the hut. The owner will bring you to the Cottage, or, you take the ski lift and the ski downhill until you reach the hut (this would take about 10 minutes). Hunting on request.

Distances

100m to the ski slopes and sledge run; ski schools, curling (Austrian style) 1.5km. Inn 300m. Shopping and restaurants at the town in 10km. Hiking trails start directly at your doorstep; swimming and cycle hire in 11km. Summer skiing at the Mölltaler glacier!

Equippment

You rent the ground floor, which is rustically and cosy furnished. Living room with chimney, kitchenette with electric cooker (2 plates), fridge, microwave, minioven, coffee machine. Radio, television, Wi-Fi (for a fee) available. 1 bedroom with a four-poster-bed, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, private sauna! Central heating via the chimney. The upper floor is not for rent and is private. In front of the hut are meadows, covered seats, sunbeds and a barbecue. Stabling for horse available. Please bring along your own bed linen and towels.

Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:

Local tourism tax currently € 2,60/person/night. Final cleaning € 65,. Pet € 35,-. -If required in winter: luggage transportation (depends on the weight) € 20,-/trip.

The skiing area offers 43km slopes until an altitude of 2,278m, numerous cross-country courses, fun park, toboggan run, ice-skating area. An area where snow is more or less assured because of snow-covering machines! There are also a lot of hiking- and cycling paths that lead to farmed mountain huts.

Every few kilometers, small valleys open up, 266 three-thousand-meter peaks tower into the sky, and historic mountain villages attract with exciting, cultural and gastronomic encounters.
East Tyrol stands for real, unadulterated nature holidays. Holidays in East Tyrol are varied and surprising. No matter whether for hikers, mountaineers and climbers, as well as for cyclists, mountain bikers and water sports enthusiasts - boredom is certainly not an option. Enjoy the view of the mountains while playing golf, go on incredible tours on your motorcycle or fly paragliding with the eagles.
