This historic holiday home is located on the outskirts of the town of Murau. Situated on a very quiet side street, it offers the best of both worlds: you are in the heart of town yet surrounded by nature. Murau lies directly on the banks of the Mur River. Its central location in Murau makes it easy to combine winter sports or summer activities with a leisurely stroll through the town.

The house is ideally located: the town of Murau, with its restaurants, cafes, and shops, is within walking distance. The outdoor swimming pool is only 550m away. A childrens playground and the town park are 150m away, Grünfels Castle is 1km away, and the Leonharditeich recreational area is also 1km away. Here you will find an idyllic pond with walking paths, a fitness trail, and a nature trail. Visit St. Leonhards Church and the historic Hunger Tower. The Laßnitz bathing pond is 5km away. Numerous hiking trails start right from the house. Murau train station is 450m away. The Kreischberg ski and hiking area, 7km away, is easily accessible by train.
