Located in a very sunny and calm location, remote from the traffic, with a wonderful distant view, amongst the skiing- and hiking region, below the other cabin of the owner (NER-STM). Access via a 1km long forest road.

Distances

The next slope, which leads to the skiing region Lachtal, is about 30m from the hut away. Shopping in 2km, tavern 1km from here (open at the peak seasons). Apart from that, the next town is about 10km from here. Cross-country ski run and toboggan run are in striking distance. Ski rental possible directly on location. Perfect for mountain bikers and long walking-tours.

Equippment

Ground floor: kitchen with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, tiled stove with integrated wood stove, dining table. Living room sofa (extendable if necessary - for 2 people) and chimney, shower, toilet, washing machine. Upper floor: 2 double rooms. All rooms with satellite TV. Central heating. Wi-Fi. In front of the cottage is a sun terrace with seating, a barbecue and a playground. Next to the hut is a little sauna house. Pond for paddling, swimming is allowed

Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:

Electricity € 0,45/kWh, local torusim tax currently € 2,50/person/night, final cleaning € 100,-. Deposit € 200,-. Bed linen and towels can be rented for € 12,-/set.

The Lachtal!
It is one of the biggest, most popular skiing areas in Styria where also snow is mostly assured. Skiing on an altitude between 1,600m and 2,222m, 40km slopes at all levels of difficulty (blue-red-black) and 10km skiing routes are available. It is a 150 ha sunny skiing area with 2 modern "6er chairlifts" and 8 ski lifts. The offer at the "Kinder-Lachtal" is presentable and perfect for children and novices in skiing. A "magic carpet" (that´s a kind of conveyor belt), a Teddy-ski tow, mini slalom, coloured figure parcours, wave course, treasure hunt and a lot more services are offered.

Far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, experience nature with all your senses, take a deep breath and find yourself again. Those who hike in such an environment inevitably feel the beneficial effects on body, mind and soul.
Wonderful walking and hiking trails from the valley to the high mountains, from leisurely family hikes to extreme mountain hikes.
Where in summer - surrounded by imposing two thousand meter peaks - cows graze with their calves, lush green colors the alpine pastures and alpine flowers provide splashes of color, in winter all signs point to fun on the slopes.

Sehr schönes und perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in toller Lage, oberhalb von Lachtal am Waldrand, unmittelbar an der Piste und am Einstieg zur Rodelbahn. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Sehr sauber, angenehm warm, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, qualitätsvoll und ausreichend ausgestattet, Fenster in absolut jedem Raum, einfallsreich gestalteter großer Spielplatz, zuverlässige und sehr liebenswürdige Betreuung vor Ort. Meine Enkeltochter und ich haben außerdem ein neues Kartenspiel entdeckt, dass wir für daheim auch gleich kaufen mussten. Und der "Märchenwald" oberhalb des Hauses war der totale Renner.

Preis-Leistung ist top. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ruhig oberhalb des Ortes. Toller Teich.

Im Winter war unser Urlaub schon perfekt, das kann doch im Sommer nicht auch so sein oder? DOCH! :-)
Der Spielplatz ist wirklich ein Hit, die Kinder sind immer beschäftigt. Der Bruder von Andi hat nebenan auch 2 Hütten. Wenn da Gäste sind werden unter den Kids (und unter den Erwachsenen) auch gleich mal Freundschaften geschlossen :-)

Wir (2 Erw. 5 Kinder) haben die Zeit im Lachtal sehr genossen. Gottseidank ist nebenan gleich ein Spielplatz mit Schwimmteich (in Sehrweite) so konnten auch die Eltern ein bisschen auf der Terrasse entspannen (leider nichht lange genug :-) ).

Direkt auf der Piste!
Sogar unser 5-jähriger konnte alleine zur Liftstation fahren. Der Weg zur Piste ist leicht über einen Waldweg (vielleicht 5 Min.) zu fahren. Unser Skilehrer Stefan kam sogar an der Hütte vorbei um an den ersten 2 Tagen unseren Sohn abzuholen - was für ein Service!
