The farmhouse is very sunny at the end of a freight road, on a plateau on the Hollersbacher Sonnberg. At the edge of the forest, surrounded by meadows, you have a wide view of the Salzach Valley and the mountains of the Hohe Tauern.

Next town Hollersbach 2.5km, Mittersill with shops, restaurants, bars 6km. Top ski area Kitzbühel (Panoramabahn Hollersbach) in 2km. 57 cable cars and 230 kilometers of slopes await you here! The 130 km long Pinzga trail, which connects the Pinzgau from Krimml to Zell am See, is below in town. Illuminated, 14km long Bramberg toboggan run, the longest in Europe, at 7km (sledge rental on site). The Wildkogel ski area is located here. Hollersbach swimming lake with slide and beach volleyball court 2 km. Zell am See 30km. 18hole golf course 8km. Tauern Spa 28km. The area is also ideal for hikers and mountain bikers! The Panoramabahn provides ideal access to the Kitzbühel hiking and biking area, but Oberpinzgau is also known for its many hiking trails in a varied mountain landscape.

The farmhouse has a large, cozy living room on the ground floor with seating around the cozy tiled stove. There is also a TV room with a couch and satellite TV. The large kitchen is ideal for self-catering: it features a seating area, electric stove, wood-burning stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and food processor. A pantry for groceries includes two refrigerators and a freezer. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with balcony and an extra bed if needed, 1 shower, 2 toilets, and a shoe or drying room. Top floor: 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which have balconies, and 1 single bedroom with balcony. Shower/toilet, 1 toilet. All bedrooms have sinks. Wood-fired central heating, Wi-Fi available. 1 crib and 1 highchair are available. Smoking is not permitted in the house! In front of the house, there is a playground, barbecue, garden with seating, and deck chairs. Extras: Organic hay milk from our own farm, bread delivery service, and bread-baking classes and farmer s doughnuts can be booked directly at the accommodation. We are happy to arrange an organized tour of our farm. The cows live in the stable at the rear during the winter. From the end of May to the end of August, they are on the mountain pasture, leaving the stable empty.

Flat rate: € 1.50/person older 15 years/night (electricity, heating, internet), local tax: currently € 2.15/person/night from 15 years, mobility tax as of the 1st of May 2025 € 0,50/person older than 15/night, final cleaning € 150, pets € 45/week, deposit € 200 ,-, if required, bed linen €10/set, towels €3/set can be rented. Two additional beds for children not older than 14 years € 10, -/child/night.
