The holiday hut is set on the Koralpe at a clearing, very quiet. The surroundings contain several holiday houses, but the hut is still peaceable and provides a nice view.
DistancesSkiing area Koralpe with 6km lifts and 28km slopes, cross-country ski-run and toboggan run in 2km. Long hiking paths starting from the hut. Restaurant 2km, shopping in St. Stefan 10km away or in the town Wolfsberg 12km away. Swimming pool 12km, tennis 12km, riding stable 10km away.
EquippmentGround floor: spacious snuggery with corner seat, cosy sofa(can be extended, if needed) with satellite TV, kitchenette with electric cooker, oven, wood stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and exit to the terrace. 1 toilet. Staircase to the upper floor: here are 2 double rooms, 1 shower, 1 toilet and a single bed next to the stairway. Basement floor: sauna with shower (accessible from the outside). Central heating, floor heating in the snuggery. Washing machine available.
Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:Electricity € 0,40/kWh, local tourism tax currently € 2,20/person/night, final cleaning € 70,-. Pet € 60,-/stay. Bed linen/towels can be rented (€ 17,-/set).

The Koralpe, located on an altitude between 1,535m and 2,070m is the biggest winter sports area of the whole south-eastern Alps. 4 ski tows, a modern detachable chairlift for 4 persons, a rope tow and a "magic carpet" (that´s a kind of conveyor belt) for the children are available. With a total carrying capacity of 9,000 persons per hour, it is ensured that you have nearly no waiting also at the weekends.

Full of tours between valley and summit - in Carinthia´s easternmost holiday region a backpack full of adventure awaits, with which holiday fun is guaranteed for the whole family.
More than 1000 kilometers of marked, family-friendly hiking trails up to 2100 meters above sea level ensure unforgettable hiking experiences for young and old.
Cyclists have the choice between pleasure cycling on the Lavant and Drauradweg and 450 kilometers of marked mountain bike tours with unforgettable views.
Stone block castles, so-called "ovens", are wonderful to use for playing. Carinthia lies at your feet along the paths to the Kor and Saualpe. In addition, themed hiking trails tell a lot of exciting stories.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Oktober hier verbracht. Sehr ruhig und erholsam! Alles wie beschrieben und in gutem Zustand! Gute Ausstattung der Küche...
Mooi gelegen vakantiewoningen met alle denkbare voorzieningen aanwezig. Vooral het koken op het houtfornuis is een feest.
Können wir absolut empfehlen, sauber, gemütlich, große Terrasse, nicht einsehbar von den Bewohnern der anderen Hütte, da deren Terrasse zur anderen Seite raus ist, tolle Aussicht und absolute Ruhe. Sogar ein Grill und Holzkohle sind da und die Sauna ist eine tolle Alternative bei schlechtem Wetter oder zur Entspannung nach einer Wanderung in einer wunderschönen Gegend.
Das Haus befindet sich in einem guten Zustand, man findet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die ruhige Lage, der herrliche Blick in die Berge und das Tal haben uns begeistert.
