Location

The farmhouse is located at Otting at Leogang, sunny and calm. There are several other farmhouses in the neighbourhood.

Distances

Next village is Leogang, 2 km, T-bar tow, 2 km. The Asitzbahnen (within 6 km) brings you to the ski circus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang with 60 lifts and more than 200 km of groomed pistes, ski bus stop in front of the house! Cross-country skiing trail and walking paths from your doorstep, lake for bathing in 5 km, indoor swimming pool and tennis in 4 km, longest summer sledding run of Austria, 3 km. You can order bread rolls by phone. Behind the farmhouse is a shed with cows and horses. Horse-back riding or horse-drawn carriages in winter to explore the surrounding area.

Equippment

The farmhouse has on the ground floor: living room with a big table, sofa, satellite TV and tiled stove. Kitchen with electric cooker, wood stove, oven, fridge and seating corner, larder, bathroom with bath tub/shower/toilet. 1 toilet, 2 double rooms. Upper floor: 2 double rooms, 2 four-bed rooms with double bed and if required bunk bed (additional costs), 1 toilet, 1 shower. Entry to the annexe with 1 double room, 1 shower/toilet, new breakfast kitchen with seating corner, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, satellite TV and balcony. Heating with tiled stove and oil-fired central heating. In front of the house is a garden with seats and a barbecue.

Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:

Electricity € 40,-/week, local tourism tax currently € 3,-/person/night, final cleaning € 160, - (if booking up to 10 pers € 95, -), bed linen can be rented for € 7,-/set, if required. Deposit € 300,-. Price up to 14 people, additional bed € 10,-/person/night.

The Saalbach region offers 400 km of hiking trails in a breathtaking mountain setting. The summer lifts in Saalbach Hinterglemm enable a quick start to the day of hiking and take you straight up to the start of the most beautiful hiking trails. Those who prefer to pedal can set off on over 400 km of well-signposted bike routes and trails in the Saalbach Hinterglemm bike paradise. Downhillers use one of the 9 mountain railways in Saalbach Hinterglemm, Leogang and Fieberbrunn and choose from over 70 km of trails for their descents! This diversity makes Saalbach Hinterglemm the largest bike region in Austria. There is a multitude of possibilities for families: the Kids Hiking Challenge, themed hiking trails, adventure playgrounds, bathing fun and the attractions at the end of the valley in Saalbach Hinterglemm ensure that you never get bored.

Das Haus ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Leider war es aufgrund einer enormen Fliegenplage unmöglich draußen zu Essen. Es wäre super wenn es in jedem Zimmer ein Fenster mit Fliegengitter geben würde.

Es ist ein sehr schönes, ruhiges, helles, großräumiges Haus. Wir waren mit vier Familien vor Ort. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Kinder konnten jeden Tag ab 17.00 Uhr beim Melken dabei sein. Es sind etwa 15 Minuten Fahrt bis zur Talstation in Leogang. Einkaufmöglichkeit in der Nähe.

Het huis is gedeeltelijk nieuw en gedeeltelijk gedateerd. De woonkamer is voor 18 personen wat klein. Het huis is netjes schoon. Voor deze prijs is dit huis zeer aan te bevelen!

Haus ist sauber, gute Betten und solide Ausstattung die Wohnstube ist sehr gemütlich. Haus liegt sehr ruhig mit Pony und Hühnern und Spielplatz auch was für Familien mit Kindern sehr geeignet. Der Eigentümer hat auch einen Pferdeschlitten und kutschiert die Gäste auf Wunsch. Freundliche Vermieter. Brötchen werden ans Haus geliefert und Loipe direkt vorm Haus ebenso wie der Skibus. Haus sehr großzügig und freundlich eingerichtet. Unsere Gruppe hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren mit 12 Personen dort.
