The cabin is located in a very beautiful landscape, alone in Kolm Saigurn. You can reach the hut from Rauris via a toll road (about 7 weeks card, -/Pkw), driving through one of the most beautiful mountain forests with ancient pine and spruce.
DistancesThe National Park Hohe Tauern, the neighbourship of the Grossglockner or Sonnblick, many inns are ideal for walkers, the Rauris Valley perfect for biking! Circular walkingroute from the hut! Next place Rauris 20km. 50m above is a hut and about 400m opposite an inn, where you can make a halt and eat and drink.
EquippmentGround floor: big living room with lounge, sofa, satellite TV connection, tiled stove, kitchen with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave. 3 toilets. Upper floor: 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower/toilet, 1 shower/toilet. Central heating. Wi-Fi (€ 15,-/week) on request. In front of the hut are seats, a barbecue and a well. We ask you to do not smoke inside the cottage!
Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:Electricity € 0,90/kWh, gas € 4,00/m³, local tourism tax currently € 2,-/person/night, final cleaning € 180,-. Bed linen and towels can be rented for € 20,-/set. Deposit € 300,-, pet € 35,-/week.
